Fox Rothschild congratulates Ali Brodie on being among eight honorees spotlighted by L.A. Business First for their impact in the business community.

The award is part of the publication’s Women of Influence program.

Brodie, who is Co-Chair of the firm’s Immigration practice and Chair of its EB-5 Immigrant Investor Services practice, represents companies and individuals in a variety of business immigration, employer compliance and EB-5 matters.

Amid a dramatic shift in federal immigration policy, she’s helped clients adapt to new regulations while maintaining business operations. Brodie told L.A. Business First that hospitality businesses in Los Angeles are particularly struggling to balance compliance with staffing needs: “I’m working alongside them, providing advice and helping solve problems. It’s a careful balancing act and walking a very fine line.”

In her leadership role at Fox, Brodie is committed to mentorship. She helps new attorneys build connections and succeed within the firm by introducing colleagues to key contacts across Fox’s 30 offices and sharing practical guidance to navigate challenges.

“I think about what were some things I wish someone had shown me when I joined, so they have those immediate tools directly from someone in their practice group,” she said.

Brodie is also deeply engaged in community and professional organizations. She serves on the board of the Anti-Defamation League’s Los Angeles chapter and is a member of the ADL National Commission. In the legal community, she is active in the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
