She possesses nearly three decades of experience representing clients in public offerings and private placement of securities, venture capital and private equity investments, and mergers and acquisitions. Her practice has a particular emphasis on advising emerging growth companies and investors in a broad range of commercial and financing matters. Alison also counsels board of directors on fiduciary duties and corporate governance obligations.
