Biography

Andrew leads a dynamic practice focused on real estate matters and a wide variety of litigation.

He handles a broad range of real estate matters which includes leading zoning and subdivision and land development projects. Andrew’s real estate approval experience includes obtaining variances, conditional use approvals, special exceptions, and land development approvals for projects of all shapes and sizes.  Andrew has led the approval process for projects such as, but not limited to, commercial and industrial developments, car dealerships, billboards and residential developments.  Andrew also routinely litigates zoning appeals, land use appeals and tax appeals.  He has successfully obtained zoning and land development approvals in numerous municipalities across Pennsylvania, including Bucks County, Montgomery County, Chester County, Delaware County, Berks County, and Adams County.*

Andrew also negotiates and handles all aspects of real estate transactions, such as drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements and easements.

Andrew has extensive experience with commercial litigation and related real estate matters, and has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict. Such cases include complex civil litigation matters, real estate disputes, tax appeals, and estate matters litigated in orphans’ court.

Before Fox Rothschild

Prior to joining Fox, Andrew was an associate at a Mid-Atlantic law firm and a national law firm.

He also was a law clerk for the Honorable Robert J. Mellon of the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas.

During law school, Andrew worked in the Office of the Federal Public Defender for the District of Delaware and was a law clerk at two boutique law firms in the Philadelphia area. He also served as Staff Editor of the Temple Law Review.
