Biography
Anne guides clients through all stages of commercial real estate transactions.
She drafts and negotiates contracts for the sale and purchase of multifamily residential and commercial properties, conducts due diligence and handles financing issues.
A strategic legal adviser, Anne also counsels clients on land development issues, helps them navigate local zoning and land use regulations and provides updates on changes in real estate law.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining us, Anne was a closing attorney for a boutique real estate law firm. She previously represented clients in land development issues at a firm with locations throughout South Carolina.
Anne clerked for litigation firms while earning her law degree. She also held internships with the Honorable Mark Cohen of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and for a solar energy company. Anne was also Articles Editor of the Charleston Law Review and President of Moot Court.
