Biography

Anthony represents financial institutions, commercial lenders, corporate clients and investors in complex commercial litigation and real estate disputes in state and federal courts across New York and New Jersey.

A strategic litigator with deep experience in the financial services sector, Anthony guides institutional clients through high-stakes enforcement actions, mortgage litigation, guaranty disputes, lender liability claims and commercial lease controversies. He manages all phases of litigation, from initial case assessment and pleadings through dispositive motion practice, court conferences and settlement negotiations, with a focus on developing litigation and recovery strategies for high-value commercial assets.

Anthony works closely with asset managers and in-house counsel to evaluate litigation exposure, craft enforcement strategies and manage risk across commercial real estate portfolios and loan transactions. His practice also encompasses civil RICO matters, business tort claims and disputes arising from managed services agreements and commercial contracts.

In addition to his litigation practice, Anthony has significant transactional experience in commercial real estate, having guided clients through acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and financing. He also advises business owners on entity formation, corporate governance and the preparation of organizational documents, including shareholder and partnership agreements, operating agreements and third-party contracts.
