Biography
Austin is a registered patent attorney whose practice centers on patent drafting and prosecution and intellectual property disputes.
He helps litigate patent, trademark, trade dress and copyright disputes, and also assists with proceedings before the USPTO, including Inter Partes Reviews (IPRs).
Before Fox Rothschild
A former summer associate, Austin joined us full-time after earning his law degree.
Austin previously worked as a patent agent for a patent agency and as a patent prosecution law clerk. Before attending law school, Austin was a manufacturing engineer for an aviation manufacturer.
