Biography
Bansari is a skilled litigator who focuses her practice on real estate and commercial litigation.
She frequently represents property owners, cooperative and condominium boards, landlords, property managers, developers, commercial tenants and other parties in disputes involving property rights, leasing issues, construction defects and delays, and other contentious matters.
Bansari helps clients who own or lease real estate evaluate their rights and recourse under various agreements, including leases, licenses, and purchase and sale agreements. She has experience negotiating and drafting residential and commercial lease agreements, amendments, extensions and modifications.
Bansari also represents clients in corporate and shareholder disputes.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining Fox, Bansari was an associate at two full-service New York real estate law firms. Prior to law school, she worked as a trial legal assistant in the litigation department of a New York law firm.
