Biography
Ben represents debtors, creditors, creditor committees and other parties across a full range of bankruptcy proceedings and restructuring matters.
Before Fox Rothschild
Ben joined us from a large Delaware law firm.
While earning his law degree, Ben interned with the General Services Administration. He also participated in the University of Maryland Carey School of Law's Low Income Taxpayer Clinic and wrote for the Journal of Business and Technology Law.
