Shalit frequently counsels high-net-worth individuals on estate planning and asset protection strategies. He also advises public charities, family foundations, partnerships and limited liability companies on significant tax issues.

Beyond his practice, Shalit is a sought-after speaker who lectures on estate planning, asset protection and related topics.

He received his LL.M. from New York University School of Law, J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law and B.S. from Lehigh University.

Prior to joining Fox, Shalit was a partner at Connell Foley LLP.
