Intellectual Property Pro Jason Vogel Joins Fox Rothschild in Raleigh
Fox Rothschild welcomes Jason M. Vogel as a Partner in the Intellectual Property Department in the Raleigh office.
“We’re delighted to welcome Jason, an international trademark and copyright attorney, to the firm,” said Brad Risinger, Managing Partner of Fox’s Raleigh office. “His practice will involve close collaboration with our IP and entertainment lawyers across the country, but we’re excited to have him call Raleigh home.”
Vogel advises clients on U.S. and international trademark and copyright strategy, clearance, protection, enforcement and transactions. His clients include leading companies in the film, television, music, apparel, restaurant, retail and technology fields. He has broad experience in developing multijurisdictional trademark and copyright registration, enforcement and litigation strategies.
Selected to the IP Stars list by Managing Intellectual Property and the WTR 1000 in New York by World Trademark Review, he has written and spoken extensively on trademark issues impacting the entertainment field, the interplay between IP and generative artificial intelligence, and global IP legal systems.
Vogel earned his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and his B.M. from Berklee College of Music.
Prior to joining Fox, Vogel was a partner at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP.
