Brandon is a labor and employment lawyer who represents employers in workplace litigation involving single-plaintiff claims, the California Fair Employment and Housing Act, wage-and-hour disputes, Private Attorneys General Act claims and class and representative actions.

Based in Los Angeles, Brandon handles matters through all stages of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, court appearances, oral argument and settlement negotiations. Brandon also counsels private and public employers on compliance with federal and California employment laws.
