Biography
Brandon assists commercial and industrial clients with the purchase, sale, financing and construction of real estate assets.
He helps clients develop legal strategies to achieve their project objectives, and counsels them on risk-mitigation techniques. Brandon regularly advises owners, developers and investors, and negotiates on their behalf in matters involving:
- Purchase and sale agreements.
- Joint venture documents.
- Financing instruments involving private equity funds, developers and institutional lenders.
- Due diligence.
- Closings.
- Investment structures utilizing holding companies, management entities construction contracts and single-purpose entities.
- Transaction structuring.
Brandon is experienced in drafting and negotiating construction contracts and familiar with the construction process, including its technical aspects and addressing claims, delays and disputes.
Before Fox Rothschild
Brandon joined us from a Florida law firm. He previously practiced at a global law firm, a nonprofit affordable housing firm and in-house for a commercial real estate company.
Brandon is an Army Reserve Major, and before attending law school was a Project and Construction Officer for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
Beyond Fox Rothschild
Brandon is an Army Reserve Major. He has worked overseas as the Korea Rotational Forces Planner and a Civil Affairs PLEX Chief.
