Biography
Brendan advises public and private companies in transactional and corporate finance matters, including mergers and acquisitions, lending and secured transactions.
He assists clients in various corporate matters from formation to exit, including entity formation, business governance and business transactions.
Brendan also guides clients through the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) review process in connection with foreign investment and acquisitions, export and sanctions compliance, and related controls, including compliance under EAR, ITAR and OFAC.
Before Fox Rothschild
A former summer associate, Brendan joined us full-time after earning his law degree.
Brendan completed a judicial internship for the Honorable Gary B. Gilman of the Bucks County (PA) Court of Common Pleas while attending law school.
Brendan served in the U.S. Navy as an Operations Specialist on the USS Donald Cook for five years. He was selected as Sailor of the Year for USS Donald Cook, was awarded three Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals, the Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal, and Article 5 and non-Article 5 NATO Medals.

Brendan volunteers with and advocates for various veteran-related nonprofit organizations, with a focus on those that advocate for veterans in higher education.
