Biography

A former prosecutor, Brian helps clients resolve an array of commercial disputes and provides strategic advice to mitigate litigation risk.

His work includes counseling law firms on ways to avoid risk and defending attorneys accused of misconduct, malpractice and breach of fiduciary duties. Leveraging his experience in the Philadelphia District Attorney's office, Brian also handles appellate work, with a focus on writing appeals and briefs. He is particularly adept at creating clear, persuasive arguments that capture the court's attention.

Before Fox Rothschild

Brian joined us from the Trial Division of the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office. 

While earning his law degree, Brian interned for the Honorable Mark A. Kearney of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He also interned for the office of Philadelphia City Councilmember Derek Green and for a boutique Philadelphia law firm. 

Brian previously worked as a campaign manager for a Delaware County Councilmember and as a campaign staffer for U.S. Representative Mary Gay Scanlon.
