Biography
A Litigation associate, Brian guides clients through all stages of the litigation process, up to and including representation at trial. He also provides advice on risk mitigation in state and federal courts.
Before Fox Rothschild
Brian joined us from the U.S. Army where he served four years on active-duty as a Judge Advocate. Brian's experience includes criminal defense in felony cases, internal investigations representing both organizations and individual clients, and personnel actions representing employers, employees and students at the United States Military Academy (West Point). As a defense attorney, Brian successfully argued numerous evidentiary motions, as well as negotiated favorable outcomes for his clients in criminal proceedings.
Prior to his time at West Point, Brian was a prosecutor at Fort Hood, Texas, the busiest jurisdiction in the United States Military. Brian also served as a Military Magistrate, reviewing and authorizing pre-trial confinement as well as search and seizure applications.
While earning his law degree, Brian served as a 3:03 Assistant District Attorney in the Middlesex County, Massachusetts District Attorney’s Office, where he argued evidentiary motions and prosecuted multiple trials to verdict in Somerville District Court, as well as successfully arguing before the Massachusetts Court of Appeals on behalf of the Suffolk County Massachusetts District Attorney’s Office.
