Brian has successfully litigated a wide variety of employment-related cases, including claims under the following federal statutes, as well as similar state and local laws: Title VII and Title IX of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
