If a corporate actor has the right to receive advancement of legal fees from the corporation, it can be a game changer in a dispute between the two. Join Fox Rothschild partners Brian Cousin and Neil Capobianco for a review of Delaware Code Title 8, Section 145, and the rights of advancement and indemnification, through a discussion of cases actually litigated by the presenters themselves.

In this one-hour webinar, Brian and Neil will focus on Section 145(e), which covers a corporation’s ability to provide current and former corporate actors with payment of their expenses (including attorneys’ fees) incurred in defending any proceeding in advance of final disposition.
