Candace concentrates her practice on complex commercial litigation, construction disputes and professional liability defense in Seattle and throughout Washington state.
She represents businesses, insurers and individuals in matters ranging from construction defect and homeowners association claims to business torts, director and officer liability, and personal injury claims.
She has secured significant results in Washington state and federal courts, including summary judgment dismissals, vacatur of default judgments, and favorable outcomes before the Washington Court of Appeals. Her practical, business-focused approach helps clients manage risk and exposure while pursuing effective litigation strategies.
Candace also counsels clients on construction licensing, permitting and regulatory compliance issues.

Before Fox Rothschild
Before joining the firm, Candace served as senior counsel at a national litigation firm, where she was based in the Seattle area. She previously held associate positions at several regional and boutique litigation practices in the Pacific Northwest.
Beyond Fox Rothschild
Candace served as a City of Mercer Island Arts Councilmember from 2017 to 2019 and King County Bar Association New Lawyers Division Trustee from 2018 to 2022. She currently serves as a co-chair of the Committee for Outreach to Young Lawyers of the American Bar Association's Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section.
