Biography
A litigator, Carmella is a strong advocate for her clients inside and outside of the courtroom. She guides them through all stages of the dispute resolution process and helps develop risk mitigation strategies.
Her experience includes representing businesses in employment litigation and workers compensation cases, contract disputes, tort claims and disputes involving land use and environmental issues.
Before Fox Rothschild
Carmella joined us from a boutique law firm in Delaware. She previously practiced at a litigation defense firm.
While earning her law degree, Carmella was a Domestic Violence Research and Advocacy Fellow with the Widener University Delaware Law School and participated in the Delaware Civil Law Clinic. She also worked as a paralegal for the Delaware Office of the Attorney General and interned with the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office.
Carmella was recognized for her pro bono efforts when she earned her law school's Edmund Dobrowolski Memorial Scholarship Award for outstanding dedication to public service award and the Philadelphia Bar Association Public Interest Section Law Student Award in recognition of her public service.
