Biography
Caroline is a member of the Litigation Department, based in the firm's New York office. She focuses her practice on commercial litigation, guiding clients through high-stakes litigation and alternative dispute resolution. She also advises on strategies to mitigate litigation risk.
Caroline’s work spans commercial, financial services, entertainment and real estate matters. She has experience in all stages of complex civil litigation matters including pre-suit investigation, dispositive motion practice, discovery, trials, fee disputes and settlement negotiations.
Caroline is active in pro bono practice and enjoys working on pro bono immigration matters.
Before Fox Rothschild
Caroline joined us from an international law firm. While earning her law degree, she was a summer associate at a New York-based law firm. She was also a judicial intern for the Honorable Andrea Masley of the New York County Supreme Court, Commercial Division. Caroline completed an externship with the New York Civil Liberties Union.
Caroline graduated from Fordham University School of Law where she was a member of the Fordham International Law Journal staff. She was also a member of the Dispute Resolution Society’s Negotiation Competition Team, as well as Fordham Law Advocates for Voting Rights.
