Biography
Chad represents clients in a broad range of commercial real estate matters.
He has advised a wide variety of businesses, including restaurants and educational institutions, on the purchase and leasing of properties. He counsels automotive industry clients on all matters relating to real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing, from the letter of intent stage through closing. Chad is also experienced in lien resolution and quiet title actions.
In addition, Chad handles corporate law matters, advising businesses on entity formation and registration, operating agreements, commercial contracts, shareholder disputes and financing issues.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Chad was a summer associate and an associate at a boutique business law firm. While earning his law degree, Chad interned for the Pennsylvania Small Business Development Center, where he assisted clients with commercial lease agreements and regulatory compliance, and for the Honorable Mitchell S. Goldberg of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Beyond Fox Rothschild
While in law school, Chad was President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society and Treasurer of the Jewish Law Students Association.
