Biography
Christine is a member of the firm's Corporate Department and advises clients on a wide variety of transactions.
She is particularly well versed in matters involving Delaware alternative entities, such as limited liability companies and limited partnerships. She maintains a unique Delaware opinion practice, serving as local counsel to law firms throughout the country.
Christine also has robust experience in mergers and acquisitions. Clients have lauded her organizational and practical approach to transactions and her attention to detail throughout all aspects of a deal. She also has significant experience in venture capital and private equity financing transactions, particularly with SAFEs, convertible notes and the preferred stock investment documents promulgated by the National Venture Capital Association.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining Fox, Christine was an associate at a law firm in Wilmington, Delaware. During law school, she was a legal intern at Telecommunications Law Professionals PLLC and the Federal Communications Commission. Christine was also a legal extern with the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Oversight and Government Reform and a law clerk for the U.S. House of Representatives Judiciary Committee.
