Biography

As a civil trial lawyer, Chris litigates complex commercial matters, business disputes and real estate controversies.

He also litigates construction-related matters, representing owners, contractors, construction managers and design professionals. Further, Chris handles claims against municipalities and others who interfere with property rights of businesses. He also defends clients in claims brought by municipalities regarding the use of their properties.

Chris litigates complex business disputes in state and federal courts -- at trial and in appellate matters -- as well as in arbitrations and mediations. Chris represents clients in such diverse industries as construction, financial services and transportation. He also represents real estate agencies and property owners in disputes arising out of transactions. Chris has also litigated issues related to property rights between adjoining property owners, such as easements.

Beyond Fox Rothschild

Chris was a Commissioner for the Atlantic County Improvement Authority. He previously served on the Executive Leadership Team of the Southern NJ Heart Association Walk and coached Hammonton High School's Mock Trial and Moot Court Teams.

Chris has also volunteered as an attorney for South Jersey Legal Services by representing victims of domestic violence seeking final restraining orders.

He is also a Board Member and Coach with Hammonton Bulldogs Basketball and previously coached Duke’s Lacrosse Club.
