This CLE will focus on courtroom safety issues, including but not limited to, security measures in the courtroom, how to handle spontaneous violence, how Judges, judiciary staff, and attorneys can assists with the overall security of the courtroom, new courtroom procedures to minimize the risk of future violent attacks, and the Rules of Professional Responsibility and Ethics issues that arise when dealing with an aggressive client.
