Fox Rothschild LLP congratulates Christopher J. Pippett, who was honored by the Exton Region Chamber of Commerce with the Community Partnership Award.

The award was created to coincide with the creation of the Community Partnership Council, which works to further the mission of the chamber by providing a collaborative environment for businesses and nonprofit organizations that are enriching the lives of the residents in the region. The Community Partnership Award recognizes two people from a member nonprofit who have demonstrated an exemplary level of collaboration to support the Exton area and the mission of their organization.

Active in the community, Pippett is a board member and past president of Habitat for Humanity of Chester County. Since 2002, he has handled 97 home closings for the nonprofit pro bono.

A partner in the firm’s Exton, PA office and chair of its Financial Services Industry Practice, Pippett serves clients in the areas of banking, corporate and real estate law. He routinely guides financial institutions through delicate corporate governance issues and represents local and national commercial real estate owners in sales and acquisitions as well as commercial leasing transactions.

Pippett will be presented the Community Partnership Award during the 2023 Annual Dinner: Celebrating the Magic of Relationships and Recognition on September 28th.
