Biography
Chris represents businesses, individuals and insurers in complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts across New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
His experience includes construction and real estate litigation, appellate practice, products and premises liability, contract disputes and insurance defense matters. Known for his steady preparation and clear writing, Chris works closely with senior litigators to identify practical solutions and achieve efficient results for clients.
Chris is also a member of the firm’s Entertainment & Sports Law Practice. A former Division I collegiate and independent league baseball player, he understands the needs and aspirations of athletes and sports organizations as well as their duty to abide by layers of rules, regulations and state and federal laws.
Before Fox Rothschild
Chris joined us after completing a judicial clerkship for the Honorable John C. Porto of the New Jersey Superior Court.
During law school, Chris interned with the Honorable Thomas T. Booth of the New Jersey Superior Court and with a boutique law firm. He also worked on the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law as a staff editor.
