Biography
Claire is a litigator who represents clients in a variety of industries where she provides guidance on resolving disputes, including contracts, commercial and intellectual property matters.
She guides businesses through all stages of dispute resolution, provides advice on strategies to mitigate future litigation and assists with regulatory compliance issues. With a background in journalism, Claire provides strong legal research and writing skills.
Before Fox Rothschild
A former summer associate, Claire joined us full time after graduating law school.
While attending law school, Claire served as a research assistant at the Public Health Law Center in St. Paul, Minnesota and as a legal project assistant for the Consortium on Law and Values in Health, Environment & the Life Sciences in Minneapolis.
Claire was editor in chief of the Minnesota Journal of Law, Science & Technology and student director of the Community Legal Partnership for Health Clinic
She worked previously in print and broadcast journalism. Claire was also a fellow for Missouri Information Corps, delivering public health information to rural Missourians in areas underserved by traditional media outlets.
