Clarissa provides advice on a broad range of intellectual property issues including patent, trademark and copyright strategy and enforcement.

She assists in managing global IP portfolios and represents clients in trademark disputes in federal court and before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board as well as in patent and copyright litigation.

She has experience in matters involving trade dress, trade secrets, false advertising and internet domain and online marketplace disputes.

Before Fox Rothschild

Clarissa joined us from the West Palm Beach office of a life sciences and technology law firm. She previously worked at global law firms, one of which was focused on trademarks.

While earning her law degree, Clarissa earned the National Association of Women Lawyers Outstanding Law Student Award and the American Law Institute CLE 2019 Scholarship & Leadership Award. She served on the law review as alumni chair and research editor, participated in mock trial and was president of the Pitt Law Women's Association.
