Biography

Cordon advises clients on a range of transactional, regulatory and litigation matters relating to renewable energy and energy generation as well as environmental compliance.

In his environmental practice, Cordon helps businesses and individuals comply with local, state and federal environmental laws and regulations. He also represents clients in environmental litigation before state and federal courts, as well as administrative and regulatory bodies.

Before Fox Rothschild

Cordon joined us from a regional law firm. He previously clerked for the Honorable Thomas D. Schroeder of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina.

While earning his law degree, Cordon clerked for the Environmental Enforcement Section of the U.S. Department of Justice, Environment and Natural Resources Division. He was also a summer associate at a global law firm and a judicial extern for the Honorable Allyson K. Duncan of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit.
