Biography

Corinne is a seasoned trial lawyer who helps business leaders resolve complex, high-stakes commercial, constitutional, regulatory, real estate and construction disputes.

Owners and executives of companies facing existential challenges rely on Corinne to design and implement multi-front legal strategies that protect their interests and advance their business goals. She often coordinates the services of experts in technical fields, including forensic accounting, actuarial science, architecture and design, engineering, quality assurance, public affairs and government relations.

She represents clients in a range of highly regulated industries, including pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, life sciences, construction, real estate and land use, insurance, transportation and commercial banking. Before Fox Rothschild

Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Corinne was an associate at an East Coast-based law firm, where she was a member of the firm’s Associates Committee, Technology Committee and Cybersecurity Committee. She also previously worked as a judicial clerk from 2008 to 2011 for Chief U.S. District Judge Garrett E. Brown, Jr., in the District of New Jersey and from 2007 to 2008 as a judicial clerk to Judge Clarkson S. Fisher, Jr. in the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey.

While in law school, Corinne held internships in the U.S. Attorney’s Office and the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office, Appellate Section, as well as judicial internships with Judge Thomas R. Vena in the Superior Court, Essex County, Criminal Division, and U.S. District Judge Dennis M. Cavanaugh in the District of New Jersey.

Additionally, Corinne was an intern with Seton Hall University School of Law’s Juvenile Justice Clinic, where she appeared in family court in defense of juvenile offenders. She was chair of the school’s public interest fundraising efforts and served as senior notes editor for the Seton Hall Legislative Journal.

Beyond Fox Rothschild

Corinne is very active in New Jersey’s legal community. She is a Trustee at Large of the New Jersey State Bar Association. She is also a Past Chair and a former Trustee of the Women in the Profession Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association, served on the Nominating and Diversity Committees, and been the Chair of the Federal Practice and Procedure Section as well. She is a Trustee of the Association of the Federal Bar of New Jersey, a Trustee of the Trial Attorneys of New Jersey (TANJ), and a Master of the Lifland Inn of Court, a federal practice and intellectual property Inn. Corinne is also a member of the Mercer County District VII Ethics Committee and of the Pro Bono Panel for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit.

She has also served on various committees of the Monmouth County Bar Association, including as Chair of the Professionalism Committee, and member of the Chancery Practice Committee, Legal Education Committee, Employment Committee, Diversity Committee and Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee.

Corinne is dedicated to her Jersey Shore community, where she is the Treasurer and a Past President of the Jersey Shore Chamber of Commerce, a regional chamber of commerce and one of the largest in the state. She also is a member of the Women’s Club of Brielle, the Chair of the Jersey Shore Women’s Conference,and the Chairperson of the Planning Board for the Borough of Brielle.
