Fox Rothschild congratulates Kristen Kelbon, who was admitted to ACG University, a leading networking and educational program for emerging M&A professionals.

Created by the Philadelphia Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), the esteemed program enrolls 40 up-and-coming dealmaker leaders each year and offers a seven-session curriculum that covers the full deal lifecycle, from sourcing to exits.

Kelbon earned a spot in the ACG University program after navigating a competitive selection process. Kelbon’s participation in the program will allow her to further advance her deal-making skills and to connect with leading members of the M&A community, including private equity and strategic buyers, investment bankers, accountants and lenders.

Graduates of the program join the ACG Philadelphia Young Dealmakers network, a premier deal-making community comprised of over 600 of the region’s most successful dealmakers. Kelbon’s network membership will further strengthen her ties with the deal community, solidify her position as a trusted leader in the M&A field, and allow her to represent Fox Rothschild in the network’s mission of driving middle-market growth.

An Associate in the Corporate Department, Kelbon advises public and private companies in a variety of transactional and corporate finance matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, lending and secured transactions.
