Biography
Kristen advises public and private companies in a variety of transactional and corporate finance matters, including mergers and acquisitions, lending and secured transactions.
She assists clients in various general corporate matters from formation to exit, including:
- choice of entity
- corporate governance
- corporate finance
- commercial contract preparation and review
- shareholder agreements
- mergers and acquisitions
- general corporate matters
Beyond Fox Rothschild
Kristen is a member of the American Bar Association's Business Law Section and serves on its LLCs, Partnerships and Unincorporated Entities Committee.
Kristen volunteers at Mercy Hospice, a homeless shelter for women and children in Philadelphia.
Before Fox Rothschild
During law school, Kristen served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Juan R. Sánchez, Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She was also an extern with an international energy distribution and services company, as well as with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Kristen was Managing Editor of Student Works for the Villanova Environmental Law Journal. She also worked as a summer associate at Fox Rothschild. While an undergraduate, she interned with a national accounting firm and the Philadelphia office of a national law firm.
At St. Joseph's University, Kristen was captain of the NCAA Division I lacrosse team. She was selected to the Atlantic 10 All-Academic Team and named First Team All-Atlantic 10.
