Dan assists clients with construction and design contract drafting and negotiation, requests for equitable adjustment and claim preparation, and termination settlement negotiations. He also counsels contractors on federal and state procurement laws, regulatory compliance, and grant issues relevant to public construction projects such as those involving transportation and utility infrastructure, military construction, and civilian government construction. Dan is particularly well-versed in helping contractors navigate domestic preference laws and regulations such as Buy American, Buy America, and Build America, Buy America.
