Biography
Dan advises gaming industry clients on a broad range of licensing, regulatory compliance and transactional matters.
Dan works with a variety of clients in the gaming industry, including casino, iGaming and media, lottery courier and sports betting companies. He also counsels clients on various stages of the licensing process, as well as regulatory investigations and approvals. Dan’s practice involves representative matters in numerous U.S. states (commercial and tribal) and international jurisdictions.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Daniel was an associate in the New Jersey office of a regional litigation firm. He also served two terms as a judicial law clerk in the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division, for the Honorable William E. Nugent and the Honorable Carmen H. Alvarez.
While in law school, Daniel was an executive editor for the Food and Drug Law Journal and a student attorney for the Community Justice Project: Health Justice Alliance Clinic. Daniel also interned for the Honorable Gregory M. Sleet of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware, and with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
