Biography
Dani represents corporations, financial institutions, municipalities, and other clients in complex commercial litigation matters in both state and federal courts throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Maryland. Her pragmatic, results-oriented approach helps clients resolve legal disputes efficiently and cost effectively.
Dani's experience spans a wide range of complex commercial disputes, including shareholder disputes, corporate governance matters, trade secret misappropriation, restrictive covenant and non-compete enforcement, breach of contract, and professional liability claims. Dani takes a strategic, client-centered approach to every matter — she is not afraid to litigate aggressively when the circumstances call for it, but she also understands that achieving the best outcome often means knowing when to pursue early resolution, and she has a proven track record of doing both effectively.
Dani has extensive experience representing financial institutions in high-volume commercial collection and judgment enforcement matters, including managing portfolios of hundreds of breach of contract actions arising from equipment lease and finance agreements, and pursuing post-judgment enforcement proceedings against debtors' assets in jurisdictions throughout the country. She also handles matters involving mortgage foreclosures, real estate-secured debt, and tax sale proceedings, representing both purchasers and interested parties in tax sale litigation across Pennsylvania, and assists creditors in collecting amounts owed in consumer and commercial matters.
In addition, Dani provides counsel to clients on contract drafting and negotiation, as well as risk identification, mitigation, and avoidance.
Representative Matters*
- Obtained a $1 million verdict in Chester County Court of Common Pleas and a permanent injunction in a case involving claims for breach of fiduciary duties, trademark infringement, and trade secrets.
- Serves as lead litigation counsel for a major global equipment finance company, having prosecuted over 400 breach of contract actions, obtained judgments, and enforced and collected those judgments against debtors' assets in proceedings across the country.
- Successfully defended departing employees from a petition for preliminary injunctive relief filed by the clients' former employer, alleging claims of trade secrets and unfair competition.
- Obtained a preliminary injunction permitting a physician client to accept employment with a new medical practice despite the former employer's attempt to enforce a restrictive covenant.
- Successfully negotiated a multimillion-dollar settlement on behalf of a client involving novel issues arising under New Jersey's no-fault insurance law.
- Successfully represented multiple financial institutions in consumer class actions over alleged failure to comply with statutory requirements relating to overdrafts and repossession of vehicles.
- Successfully represented employer in multiple actions to enforce employer's rights under non-compete agreements against departing employees.
- Secured summary judgment in trial court, affirmed on appeal by the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, on behalf of a credit union facing a breach of contract motor vehicle repossession action.
- Member of a Fox Rothschild trial team that obtained a $5.5 million jury verdict in a complex construction litigation matter.
- Obtained a favorable settlement on behalf of a client in a breach of contract action involving a construction performance bond.

Beyond Fox Rothschild
Dani lives in Chester County with her wife, kids, and two very large dogs — an Irish Wolfhound and a Great Dane. When she is not in the office, she can usually be found at one of her children's many activities, crochet project in hand (though she has yet to finish one). She and her family love to travel together whenever they get the chance.
