David is an experienced trial lawyer who handles a wide range of issues.

David is an experienced condemnation litigator with extensive experience against the state of Texas and municipalities and political subdivisions across the state.

David is also experienced in handling debtor/creditor relationship disputes and has represented a variety of clients in Chapter 11 proceedings and related adversary proceedings, including the unsecured creditors committee, secured and unsecured creditors.

David’s approach to litigation employs a mixture of logic, reason and creativity to prevail for his clients in the most cost-effective manner possible. In addition to defending and prosecuting legal actions, David also routinely provides risk assessments and counsels clients on preventive measures aimed at avoiding litigation altogether.

Before Fox Rothschild

Prior to joining the firm, David was a shareholder at David & Goodman, P.C.

During his time in law school, David co-managed pro bono legal aid to local artists and musicians in the Austin, Texas area and played for the renowned Legal Eagles intramural football team at the University of Texas Law School under the tutelage of the legendary Charles Alan Wright.

While in college, David studied at two Australian universities and attended a program in international business and law in Innsbruck, Austria. He was also a member of the varsity football and rugby teams at Wesleyan University.

Beyond Fox Rothschild

David currently serves as outside general counsel to the Greenhill School Alumni Board. In his personal time, he enjoys SCUBA diving, alpine skiing and training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
