Biography
David has more than 30 years of experience in business and real estate law, real estate litigation, loan workouts, loan documentation, landlord/tenant law and other real estate-related matters.
His clients include:

- real estate developers
- financial institutions, lenders, landlords, borrowers and tenants in complex real estate litigation
- commercial and residential property owners
- commercial landlords
- property managers
David also has extensive experience in receiverships, rent attachments, cash management and cash collateral agreements, forbearance agreements, deed in lieu of foreclosure agreements, and other matters relating to the enforcement of mortgagee's rights. In addition, he has represented lenders in real estate workouts and complex loan transactions as well as in bankruptcy litigation and lender liability suits.
In the area of landlord/tenant law, David represents landlords in the enforcement of their rights and remedies under leases to include exclusivity clauses, continuous operations clauses, radius restrictions and assignment and subletting provisions.

Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, David was chair of the real estate practice at a Philadelphia law firm. Before that, he held partner and associate positions at several Philadelphia firms.
