Before joining Fox Rothschild, David was a summer associate at the firm. He also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Brian D. Lynch of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Washington. While in law school, David served as the executive business and marketing editor of the Seattle University Law Review.

Prior to law school, David worked as a project manager, and controller and asset manager at Tamarack Resort in Idaho, helping to guide the resort and its creditors through a protracted foreclosure and bankruptcy proceeding.

David is a Board member of Consumer Education and Training Services (CENTS), a nonprofit organization that develops educational and legal resources to help individuals prevent or overcome financial challenges. 

He is an outdoor enthusiast. His interests include alpine and Nordic skiing, competitive sailing, paddle boarding and golf.
