Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to welcome Denise D. Nordheimer to the firm’s Wilmington office as a partner in the Taxation & Wealth Planning Department.

Nordheimer employs a mix of sensitivity, compassion and discretion as she helps clients establish and amend trusts and guardianships and advises guardians, executors of probate estates and trustees of revocable living trusts and irrevocable trusts on administration issues. When disputes arise on estate and trust matters, she helps her clients navigate them to resolution.

Applying a holistic approach, Nordheimer carefully considers each client’s needs and priorities as she assists them in preparing complete estate plans, including trusts, wills, powers of attorney and advanced health care directives.

In 2015, Nordheimer received a rare Letter of Commendation by the New Castle County Register of Wills for closing an estate that was open for more than 14 years, securing bequests for 28 charitable organizations.

She earned her J.D. from Widener University School of Law and her B.A./B.F.A. from New York University, Tisch School of the Arts.
