Derek counsels clients on contracts, transactions and other corporate matters, including partnerships, shareholder agreements, entity formation, mergers and acquisitions and regulatory compliance.

Before Fox Rothschild

A former Fox Rothschild summer associate, Derek joined the firm full time after earning his law degree.

While attending law school, Derek served as Articles Editor of The Delaware Journal of Corporate Law, was a judicial intern for the Honorable Charles Ehrlich of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and worked as a paralegal in the auto finance department of JP Morgan Chase. 

Derek held a business planning and analysis position for several years at JP Morgan Chase before attending law school.
