Biography
Dylan counsels health care industry clients on transactions, regulatory compliance and data privacy matters.
He provides practical advice on a full range of issues including:
- Health care private equity transactions
- Federal and state health care fraud and abuse laws
- Corporate practice of medicine prohibitions
- Fee-splitting restrictions
- Physician employment agreements
- Compliance with HIPAA and other federal and state laws related to health information
His health care transactions experience includes private equity deals from the buy-side and sell-side. Dylan also drafts and negotiates stock purchases, asset purchases, mergers and credit agreements.
Before Fox Rothschild
Dylan previously practiced at multiple global law firms as a health care associate. Before that, he worked in the legal department of one of the nation's largest providers of worksite health clinics.
While earning his law degree, Dylan participated in the Emory Corporate Governance and Accountability Review. He also participated in the TI:GER program, a joint program involving business and law students that worked to transform Ph.D. student research into commercially viable products.
