Real Estate Attorney Crystal Persaud Joins Fox Rothschild in New York
Fox Rothschild welcomes Crystal G. Persaud to the New York office as a Partner in the Real Estate Department.

Persaud advises clients across the full spectrum of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing and complex portfolio deals. Known for her creative problem-solving and practical dealmaking, she helps clients close transactions efficiently while safeguarding their business goals. She works with owners, developers, investors, landlords, and tenants across the retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use sectors.
She has significant experience negotiating office, retail, industrial and ground leases, as well as representing lenders in high-value construction and commercial real estate financings.

Persaud earned her J.D. from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School and her B.B.A. from Belmont University.
Prior to joining Fox, Persaud was Senior Real Estate Counsel at Kids Empire USA LLC.
