Fox Rothschild LLP congratulates Elizabeth D. Sigety, who was named to the “Franchise Legal Players” list by 1851 Franchise Magazine for the third consecutive year.

The list spotlights high-profile attorneys in franchise for their contributions to the industry.

Sigety is the founder and former co-chair of the firm’s Franchising & Distribution Group and serves as co-chair of the Emerging Companies & Venture Capital Group. For more than 30 years, she has served as a trusted adviser to clients in a wide variety of franchising, licensing, corporate, finance and distribution matters, and offers them a comprehensive practice equipped to provide risk management through innovative guidance in a company’s startup, expansion or daily operations.

Sigety is recognized as a Certified Franchise Executive by the International Franchise Association (IFA). She co-founded and served as co-chair of the IFA’s Philadelphia Chapter of the Women’s Franchise Network and is a member of the IFA Women’s Franchise Committee. Sigety is a speaker and writer on issues related to franchising, particularly emerging and women-owned businesses, and is a frequent contributor to the firm’s Franchise Law Update blog.

She earned her J.D. from the University of Chicago and her B.A., cum laude, from Yale College.
