Biography
Elizabeth represents businesses and individuals in a broad spectrum of commercial litigation.
She helps companies across multiple industries efficiently resolve disputes involving breach of contract, shareholder disputes, fraudulent misrepresentation, employment discrimination, negligent construction and a variety of other issues, in state and federal court as well at the negotiating table and in mediation.
Elizabeth is a skilled negotiator, adept at striking pragmatic settlements that advance her clients’ business goals when that is their best path forward. When court is unavoidable, she is a tenacious advocate, fiercely protecting their vital interests at trial and throughout the litigation process.
She has also handled cases involving premises liability and negligent security, insurance defense, trucking and transportation litigation and professional liability.
In addition, Elizabeth represents clients in life, health, disability and ERISA insurance claims litigation, in both federal and state courts in Georgia, focusing on resolving benefits disputes and defending breach of fiduciary duty and bad faith claims.
Representative Experience
- Represents national banks in federal court on fraudulent wire transfer and breach of account agreement matters, pursuing repayments through garnishment and interpleader actions.
- Secured summary judgement for a major national retailer in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia in a case involving wrongful termination and discrimination claims.
- Defended national mobile home construction firm against premises liability claims involving a serious worker injury suffered at a materials warehouse, winning summary judgement in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Elizabeth was an associate in the Atlanta office of a prominent Southeast regional civil litigation firm. Upon graduating from law school, Elizabeth worked as an e-discovery attorney at an international law firm.
Elizabeth worked during law school as an intern with the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee, which is her home state. She also interned in the Office of the Federal Defender in Charleston, South Carolina.

Elizabeth was a member of Cornell University’s women’s tennis team, earning All-Ivy League honors.
