In addition, Elizabeth represents clients in life, health, disability and ERISA insurance claims litigation, in both federal and state courts in Georgia, focusing on resolving benefits disputes and defending breach of fiduciary duty and bad faith claims.

• Defended national mobile home construction firm against premises liability claims involving a serious worker injury suffered at a materials warehouse, winning summary judgement in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia.
