Biography
A member of the firm's Taxation & Wealth Planning Department, Ella advises clients on a broad range of estate planning and wealth preservation strategies.
She counsels clients on a variety of estate planning matters, including the preparation of wills, powers of attorney, health care directives, as well as the creation and modification of trusts. Ella also represents high net worth individuals in regard to wealth transfer, asset preservation, lifetime giving, asset distribution and succession planning for privately held businesses.
Ella has experience with sophisticated tax planning, probate and administration of estates and trusts, and counseling clients about fiduciary duty matters.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Ella was an associate at a well-known New Jersey law firm. Before that, Ella served as an associate at a boutique Trusts and Estates law firm based in New York City. Notably, Ella clerked for the Honorable Margarita Lopez-Torres (Ret.) of Kings County Surrogate’s Court and held a post-graduate legal fellowship with the New York City Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications.
Ella was a financial planner for several years before attending law school. While earning her law degree, she was the Notes Editor of the Brooklyn Law Journal of Corporate, Financial and Commercial Law, a member of the Business Law Association and a volunteer with the Civil Legal Advice and Resource Office (CLARO).
