Elliot is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department, where he serves as a strategic advocate for clients facing high‑stakes disputes. He represents businesses and individuals in every phase of litigation — from early risk assessment and pre‑suit counseling through trial, post‑trial strategy and appeal.

Elliot brings a solutions‑driven approach to matters across a broad range of practice areas, including product liability, aviation and transportation, complex commercial litigation, intellectual property, employment disputes and professional liability. He is adept at distilling complex issues and anticipating opposing strategies.

Before Fox Rothschild

Elliot joined us from a boutique litigation firm. He first practiced as a student attorney with the Minnesota Ninth Judicial District Public Defender’s Office where he represented clients in and out of the courtroom. Additionally, Elliot was a limited recognized practitioner at the Intellectual Property Law Clinic. There, he represented clients in the patent prosecution process with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

While in law school, Elliot served as president of the Student Intellectual Property Law Association and as an editor of the Cybaris Law Review. He was also a member of the Criminal Law Society.

Before law school, Elliot worked as a medical device representative for a Fortune 500 company.
