Corporate Partner Arina Shulga Joins Fox Rothschild in New York
Fox Rothschild welcomes Arina Shulga to the New York office as a partner in the Corporate Department.

As a fund formation attorney, Shulga advises emerging fund managers on setup and formation of VC or real estate funds, as well as the structuring of their GP and management company entities. She is also well-versed in the setup of special-purpose investment vehicles and Delaware series LLCs.
As a startup lawyer, Shulga advises companies from formation through exit, typically acting as their outside general counsel. She identifies and resolves a range of legal issues for startups and founders, forging long-term relationships that span the full corporate lifecycle.
On the M&A front, Shulga advises mature startups ready for an exit and private equity firms looking to acquire companies throughout the United States.
Shulga is an Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurial Law at Fordham Law School and a startup legal mentor at the University of Pennsylvania Venture Lab. She is also an officer and North America Liaison with the Closely Held Companies Committee of the International Bar Association.
Shulga earned her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and her B.A. from Mount Holyoke College. She holds a Certificate in Business Policy and Management from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School and is also a native Russian speaker.
