Biography

Emily represents clients in a wide variety of corporate matters and focuses her practice on securities law.

She has experience advising public companies on matters including Securities and Exchange Commission compliance, Nasdaq and NYSE compliance, capital-raising transactions and corporate governance. Emily also has experience working with private and public companies on a variety of other corporate matters, ranging from entity formation to mergers and acquisitions.

Before Fox Rothschild

Prior to joining Fox, Emily was a student attorney in the Entrepreneurship and Intellectual Property Clinic, now the Startup Law Clinic, affiliated with Boston University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She was also a legal intern at Eaton Vance, a global investment management firm, and served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Keith C. Long of the Massachusetts Land Court. 

While at Boston University School of Law, Emily served as Executive Editor for Notes and Comments for the Review of Banking and Financial Law and contributed to the law blog.
