Emily focuses her practice on labor and employment law in New York, advising and representing employers across a broad range of industries.

She handles a range of employment litigation and counseling matters in federal, state, and local forums, including proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the New York State Division of Human Rights. Her practice extends to advising on restrictive covenants, employment policies, employee handbooks and severance agreements.

Emily also has experience working on labor matters, including unfair labor practice charges, grievance arbitrations and union information requests. Her experience includes representing employers in the technology, media and higher education sectors, among others. She has served as a mediator through both the New York City Small Claims Court and the EEOC, giving her a practical perspective on workplace dispute resolution.
