Eric focuses his practice on advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, joint ventures, private equity transactions, corporate governance and other general corporate matters across a range of industries and sectors.

He also routinely advises startups and emerging companies throughout their corporate life cycles – from company formation and capital raising through exit. He regularly works with founders, management teams and boards in the role of outside general counsel, advising on various day-to-day operations and big-picture strategic matters.
